If you want your robot reviewed by our team of experts, please follow these guidelines carefully. Our reviews are thorough, data-driven, and designed to provide valuable insights into your product’s functionality, market potential, and overall performance. Additionally, we conduct manufacturer audits to ensure the credibility and reliability of the company behind the product.

Product Submission Process

• The company must send the robot to our designated review address:
• The company will cover all shipping and handling costs for sending the product to us.

Review Duration & Process

• The review will take approximately 1 to 4 months, depending on the complexity of the product.
• During this period, we will:
  • Test the robot’s features and performance
  • Analyze real-world applications and usability
  • Gather comprehensive data on efficiency, reliability, and market fit
  • Assess build quality, software stability, and user-friendliness

Manufacturer Audit & Office Visit

As part of our verification process, we may audit the manufacturer to validate their capabilities and production standards. This includes:

• On-site visit to the company’s office and manufacturing facility (if applicable)
• Assessment of production capacity and quality control measures
• Verification of certifications and compliance with industry standards
• Interviews with key personnel to understand the company’s expertise and credibility

Note: The company must arrange and cover any travel-related costs if an on-site audit is required.

Return Policy

• If the company requires the robot to be returned after the review, the company must cover the return shipping costs.
• The robot will be shipped back in the same condition as received, unless testing requires normal operational wear.

Review Outcome & Listing Highlights

• Once the review is completed, the robot will be flagged as a "Reviewed Product" on our platform.
• Reviewed products will receive highlighted visibility, giving them greater credibility and exposure to potential buyers.
• Our recommendation will depend on the results of our analysis and audit, ensuring an honest and unbiased review.
